After 14 incredible years as her owner/caretaker, we are pleased to announce that the Gyrfalcon has new stewards. As of today, the boat has joined the fleet of the Historic Maritime Foundation, a non-profit organization here in Seattle, dedicated to education and the preservation of historic vessels (favorably boats with a WWII provenance). We are confident that Aaron LaPointe and his team members will love the boat as much as we have, and we look forward to being invited aboard for her 100th birthday (in only 15 years). Congratulations all around!  Stay tuned for more information as the Historic Maritime Foundation starts to integrate the Gyrfalcon into its mission!
